Healthy Cooking
The food should be GOOD for you.
The food should be APPETIZING so that you want to eat it.
The food should be NUTRITIOUS so you eat from all of the food groups.
The food should be ECONONICAL so that it fits into your budget.
Here is one of the participants GOOD, APPETIZING, NUTRITIOUS & ECONOMICAL MEALS

CHICKEN PARMESAN RECIPE
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut in half lengthwise
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
12 ounces tomato sauce

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Flatten chicken with heavy pan
3.Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
4.Brush mayonnaise on both sides of the chicken pieces.
5.Coat with bread crumbs.
6.Place on a lightly greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
7.Remove from oven and spoon spaghetti sauce over each piece              of chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
8.Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and             browns a little.

Serve with pasta, sauce and toss salad.
